Congregational Meeting

The summer biannual UUJXN Congregational Meeting will be held on June 11, 2023 at the church, after the service. Your attendance and participation is key in maintaining a healthy community. The meeting will run from 12:30-2:30 with the Zoom link provided on the UU Jackson website. Lunch will be provided.

Agenda:
1. Accept previous congregational minutes from Dec. 11, 2022.

2. Treasurer report.

3. Ministerial Council report and update on Ministerial search committee.

4. Review of committee structure.

5. Updates on the property being sold on State Street and architectural renovation plans.

6. Vote on the current board vacancies: President-elect, President, Treasurer, Trustee One. You are welcome to nominate someone or yourself to one of these positions to serve on the board.

7. Discussion around proposal for a UUJXN Resource Center.

8. The Shenefelt Award will be presented to the recipient in recognition of their dedication and inspirational contributions to our community.
