The Annual Meeting of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jackson shall be held on March 29, 2015 at 12:30 pm in the Sanctuary. At this meeting, the voting members of the congregation shall conduct the business of the Church, including:

• Consideration of New Bylaws
• Electing Officers and Committee/Council Members
• Adopting a Budget for the year and/or transitional period
• Transacting other business as properly presented

The Nominations Committee will present a slate of officers for the Board and Committee/Council. Additional nominations will be taken from the floor.

All members and friends are welcome to attend and to participate in any discussions of the items described above; however, only voting members will have an opportunity to vote. Please note, voting members must be present to participate as our Bylaws do not allow voting by proxy.
