The church is a wood
shingle building on a tree covered lot. The entrance is easy to miss,
so look for the maroon ENTER sign! We have two parking spaces in the
front lot specifically for guests to use.

We make a special effort to welcome newcomers to
the church. Below is some information you might find useful as a first time
visitor to the church.
When Should I Arrive?
On Sundays, we generally open the buildings
between 9:20-9:30 a.m. for Adult Forum. Between Forum and our worship service,
we have about 30
minutes for casual conversation and coffee. Please make yourself a cup of coffee
in the kitchen and join the conversation!
What Should I Wear?
We suggest you wear clothes that are
comfortable. While you are certainly welcome to come in your finest suit or
dress, you'll find the majority of our members dress in a weekend casual
style.
Most of our children attend services in play
clothes. Weather permitting, our children have time for outside play before and
after services and often have art or craft projects. We do provide smocks and
try to keep messes to a minimum, but accidents do happen on occasion.
Should I Bring Anything With
Me?
Everything you will need for most services will
be provided by the church. We occasionally have special services when we ask
people to bring items (e.g., flowers, water from your vacation, or personal
symbolic items). Check our
Home Page to see when these special services
are scheduled. Even if you don't have the item please come! We usually have
extra items on hand for those who have forgotten or were unable to bring them.
We also hold a Pot Luck Lunch after services on
the third Sunday
of the month. Visitors are encouraged to attend these
services without bringing food as we always have extra for Pot
Luck!
Is There Childcare?
Childcare is available during
Sunday services. See the
Children's
Religious Education Page for detailed information on children's programming
currently offered during service. Please note, you are always welcome to keep your children of any
age with you during service if you prefer.
How will I be Greeted?
We will make every effort to greet you
as you arrive. We also encourage you to record your visit in our visitor's book
and to make a name tag for yourself so we can
get to know you. In the visitors book, you can sign up to receive our weekly e-mail newsletter.
