Join us for the second of our nine-session introductory course exploring Unitarian Universalist spirituality. Using the song “Spirit of Life” as a guide, each session focuses on a different aspect of spiritual life. In this session, “Sing in My Heart,” we explore spiritual moments experienced in and through celebrations and rituals.
Join us for a cup of coffee, a snack, and interesting conversations!
Change is inevitable. Yet it can provoke great anxiety and discomfort. If we allow our fears to overwhelm us, we risk stagnation and regression. Even though enacting change can at times be grinding and frustrating work, if we embrace rather than resist the process, we may bring forth not only our intended purpose but also personal and spiritual growth within ourselves.
