The following activities at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jackson invite you to participate:

MINISTRIES

Care Ring: There to help you in times of sorrow or need. Brian Heffner, Judy Williams, and Bill Gressett help organize our Care-Ring. If you have a need, illness or personal concern, please let us know so that we can coordinate assistance from the congregation.

SOUUP Ministries: Sharing Our Unitarian Universalist Principles Ministries meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of alternating months (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec). Come to help plan and coordinate all of the ministries of UUCJ within our congregation and in the larger community. The meetings are open to all who wish to participate. For more info, please contact President Jim Becker at (601) 862-8936 or by email.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Circle Suppers: Sign up to enjoy food and fellowship! Groups of four households (singles or couples) sign up to take turns hosting a complete dinner for their group. Once a month, these groups gather at one group member's home and share a meal as they to get to know each other better. New sign up sheets are available for fall circle supper groups on the bulletin board in the hall way.

YUUth Group: One weekend each month, our youth (ages 12-18) gather for activities. Past activities have included movies, bowling, camping, nature walks, and drama workshops. Contact DRE Stacy DeZutter for more information.

Pot Luck: We have a pot luck lunch held after services on the third Sunday of each month. Check the calendar for dates. Feel free to bring your special dish (or something from the local deli/grocery if you don't cook). Visitors are welcome to attend without bringing food--just join us for good food and great company! Children are expected and enjoyed.

Game Night: One evening a month we gather at a member's home for old-fashioned fun of board games and snacks. We begin with a take-out dinner at 6:00 p.m. and begin the games at 6:30 p.m. Join us for great night of fun!

Lunch Bunch: On the non-potluck Sundays of each month (1st, 2nd, 4th, & 5th, if applicable) we gather at local restaurants after service to share a meal and swap stories. Everyone is welcome to attend and visitors/non-members are especially welcome! Join us for good food and great company! Children are expected and enjoyed.
